The Brief
Norfolk Medical Aesthetics approached Designmc at a pivotal moment in the clinic’s growth. Having established a strong reputation for thoughtful, expert-led care, the client wanted to reposition the brand to more clearly express one of the clinic’s core values of inclusivity.
At the same time, the clinic recognised it was entering its next phase of development. The existing website no longer reflected the quality of the service or provided the most intuitive experience for patients exploring treatments or making enquiries.

Our Approach
The core challenge of this project was to develop a brand identity that clearly communicated the clinic’s commitment to inclusivity, while ensuring the brand remained welcoming to its wider patient community. It was important that the visual identity expressed openness and representation without relying on clichés or visual signals that might feel overly obvious or exclusionary.
Our solution was to create a distinctive graphic language built around a collection of fluid shapes and forms. These shapes symbolise the individuality of patients - reflecting the different personalities, identities and traits of the people the clinic cares for. Alongside this, careful attention was given to the colour palette. Rather than using bright or overtly symbolic colours often associated with inclusivity messaging, we developed a warmer, softer palette that feels calm and approachable.

Creative Development
With the core graphic language established, our focus turned to refining the wider brand identity - beginning with the development of the clinic’s logo and, most importantly, its tone of voice.
Language plays a critical role in how a clinic communicates its values, and it was important that the messaging felt warm, respectful and welcoming. We developed a brand strap line and refined the clinic’s wider brand voice to ensure clarity, consistency and authenticity across all communications.
With these elements defined, we brought the creative components together to form a cohesive brand identity - one that is both highly versatile and distinctly recognisable across every touchpoint of the business.


The Website
We designed and developed a modern website architecture that allows the clinic to expand its offering over time. As new treatments and services are introduced, the site has been structured to accommodate this growth seamlessly, ensuring content can be added and organised without compromising clarity or user experience.
The platform also supports the clinic’s broader ambitions beyond treatment pages. Dedicated areas have been created to allow Norfolk Medical Aesthetics to expand its membership packages, share and nurture its social community, and establish itself as a trusted knowledge leader through an evolving blog and educational content.
From a design perspective, the website carefully balances visual impact with clinical professionalism. The layout, typography and brand elements work together to create a distinctive and engaging digital presence, while maintaining the calm authority and medical credibility that patients expect.
The result is a website that not only showcases the clinic today, but provides a scalable digital foundation for the future.

Well, what can I say! Matt and his team have been incredible from start to finish!
